Foster XR 20 Xtra Blast Chiller

The Foster XR 20 Blast utilises Foster’s years of blast chilling experience to give customers a simple to operate, stable blast chiller capable of chilling 20kg of product, taking items from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes. Food wastage is reduced and hygiene levels are maintained. Designed to hold gastronorm 1/1 pans and fitted with a temperature probe as standard this chiller is an excellent fit for any commercial kitchen environment.
