We want to inform you that we offer delivery services to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery in the city of Jeddah within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. And in Riyadh within 7 working days. To know the estimated delivery time for other cities, please contact us for more details.
Shipping Fees
- All orders within the cities of Jeddah and Riyadh, as well as other cities, are shipped for free.
Order Storage
If your delivery location is not ready and you wish to store your products, we can store them for you in our warehouses (with an additional storage fee based on the nature of the products and the specified storage duration). Please consider the following:
The warranty starts from the delivery date to your location.
- Order cancellations and refunds are valid from the date you place your order. You have 7 days to cancel your order and receive a refund.
- If you want to receive the order before the specified date, please contact us to arrange it.

In case of damage or loss of the product,
despite our utmost care during packaging, goods may sometimes be damaged during transportation, and if this happens, we ask for your assistance in reporting the issue and compensating for the damages by following these steps:
Sign the receipt after completing a thorough inspection of the item.
Please carefully inspect the product in front of the shipping company representative.
If there is any damage to the product(s), please write the details on the receipt and request a return within 7 days of delivery. "Kitchen Powers" will not be responsible for damaged products after this period.
Make sure to take pictures of the damage to the product.
Do not dispose of the product's internal or external packaging.
Contact customer service immediately after discovering the damage, and please have your order number ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
